Upon submitting data to the https://likh-school.com/ website, the User agrees with the Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, Consent). Freely, of his own accord and in his own interest, with capacity to act, the User gives his consent to the self-employed person Likh Sergei Viktorovich, TIN 720520301947 to process his personal data on the following conditions:

4) The processing of personal data is conducted on the grounds of Clause 3 of Article 16 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the Law №94-V “On Personal Data and Its Protection"; this Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.

5) The processing of personal data includes: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating; modification); extraction; use; transmission (distribution; provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.

6) The personal data shall be processed until the moment the natural person unsubscribes from the advertising and informational e-mails. The consent to the processing of personal data may be revoked by the subject of personal data.

7) In the case that the subject of personal data or his representative revokes the consent to the processing of personal data, the self-employed person Likh Sergei Viktorovich, TIN 720520301947 shall be entitled to continue the processing of personal data without consent from the subject of personal data on the grounds specified by Article 9 of Chapter 2 of  the Law of 21.05.2013 №94-V “On Personal Data and Its Protection".

8) This consent shall be effective indefinitely until the moment of the termination of processing of personal data specified in Clause 6 of this Consent.
